U6/U8/U10/U12 age group | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM TECHNICAL & COORDINATIVE WORK (Football games, Technical Circuits)
10:00 AM – 10:45 AM SPECIFIC FOOTBALL TRAINING (Collective Football Drills)
10:45 AM – 11:00 AM BREAK
11:00 AM – 12:00 AM FOOTBALL MATCH (Tournament Format)
U12/U14/U16 age group | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM TECHNICAL & COORDINATIVE WORK (Football games, Technical Circuits)
2:30 PM – 3:15 PM SPECIFIC FOOTBALL TRAINING (Collective Football Drills)
3:15 PM – 3:30 PM BREAK
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM FOOTBALL MATCH (Tournament Format)
